35kv Dry-Type Power Transformer
The 35kV dry-type power transformer adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting technology to achieve fully sealed insulation for the high-voltage coil, with a rated capacity range covering 800kVA to 25MVA. The core uses high-permeability silicon steel sheets. The high-voltage side supports direct grid connection at the 35kV class, while the low-voltage side outputs 3.15kV to 11kV. Class F/H insulation withstands temperatures of 155°C to 180°C. The product energy efficiency complies with the requirements of GB/T 10228. It is suitable for applications such as wind power step-up substations, industrial park hub substations, and mine power supply. It can operate in extreme environments at altitudes up to 4500m and temperatures as low as -40°C, with a design life exceeding 30 years.

Due to their advantages such as strong short-circuit withstand capability, low maintenance workload, high operating efficiency, small size, and low noise, dry-type transformers are commonly used in locations with high performance requirements such as fire protection and explosion prevention. They are safe, fire-resistant, pollution-free, and can operate directly under high-load power consumption.
High voltage insulation is reliable with a triple insulation structure (conductor – fiberglass reinforcement – epoxy resin). Partial discharge level ≤ 10pC. Power frequency withstand voltage of 70kV/1min with no flashover.
Strong impulse withstand capability. Passes the GB 1094.5 standard short-circuit test. Both dynamic and thermal stability of the windings meet national standard requirements.
Good heat dissipation performance and strong overload capability, allowing short-term overcapacity operation under forced air cooling. Temperature field simulation optimizes air ducts, with hot-spot temperature rise 15K lower than the national standard.
The dry-type transformer can be equipped with a comprehensive temperature detection and protection system. An intelligent signal temperature control system is adopted, which can automatically detect and cyclically display the operating temperature of each of the three-phase windings, automatically start and stop the fans, and provide alarm and tripping functions.
Customizable adaptation. Harmonic suppression windings, on-load tap-changers, and anti-condensation heating devices are available to suit special operating conditions.
