Main Overview:

35 kV SC(B) series dry‑type power transformer adopts advanced epoxy resin vacuum casting technology to achieve fully sealed high‑voltage winding insulation. Capacity covers 800 kVA‑25 MVA.

F/H‑class insulation enables operation within‑40 ℃ ~ 155‑180 ℃. It supports direct connection to 35 kV grid, secondary output 3.15 kV‑11 kV.

Thanks to fire‑resistant, pollution‑free and low‑maintenance characteristics, this unit fits wind power stations, industrial substations and mine power supply. It adapts to harsh conditions up to 4500 m altitude, with design service life over 30 years.

    Triple‑layer insulation structure (conductor‑fiberglass reinforcement‑epoxy resin). Partial discharge ≤10 pC, 70 kV/1 min power frequency withstand voltage without flashover. Outstanding impulse‑withstand and short‑circuit resistance, stable dynamic and thermal performance under fault conditions.
  2. Excellent Heat Dissipation & Overload Performance
    Optimized air duct design via thermal simulation. Hot‑spot temperature rise is well controlled. Under forced‑air cooling, short‑term overload operation is available.
  3. Intelligent Temperature Protection System
    Integrated temperature detection unit cyclically displays three‑phase winding temperature. It automatically starts/stops cooling fans, provides over‑temperature alarm and trip signal output.
  4. Custom‑Built For Harsh Working Conditions
    Optional harmonic‑suppression winding, on‑load tap‑changer and anti‑condensation heating device for special‑purpose projects. Fire‑resistant, pollution‑free, low maintenance, suitable for indoor high‑safety‑requirement locations.
