SG(B)12 and SC(B)12 are high‑efficiency 12‑level energy‑efficiency dry‑type transformers.
- SG(B)12: Open non‑encapsulated H‑class insulation design, good heat dissipation, cost‑effective for well‑ventilated indoor environments.
-SC(B)12: Epoxy resin vacuum cast winding, outstanding mechanical strength, low partial discharge, ideal for high‑humidity, dusty or demanding indoor locations.
Both series adopt high‑grade silicon‑steel core, feature strong short‑circuit withstand capability, low noise and low losses. Equipped with complete intelligent temperature monitoring system for fan auto‑start‑stop, over‑temperature alarm and tripping protection. Forced‑air cooling supports temporary overload operation. Pollution‑free, fire‑resistant and maintenance‑free, widely used for general‑purpose indoor power‑distribution projects. Capacity range:30 kVA‑2500 kVA, voltage up to 24 kV.

An optimized winding structure combined with a high-quality silicon steel core provides robust short-circuit withstand capability, effectively resisting mechanical stress during fault conditions and extending the equipment’s service life.
3. Comprehensive Intelligent Thermal Protection Features
Built-in multi-channel winding temperature sensors. The controller cyclically displays the temperatures of all three-phase windings, automatically starts and stops the cooling fans, triggers over-temperature alarms, and outputs trip signals to ensure safe system operation.
4. Overload Capacity and Broad Environmental Adaptability
The forced air-cooling design allows the equipment to operate under short-term overload conditions. Excellent moisture resistance ensures stable operation in high-humidity environments. Ambient temperature range: -25°C to 45°C.
