Product Overview:

GCK low‑voltage draw‑out switch cabinet is composed of Power Distribution Center (PC) and Motor Control Center (MCC). It is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial & mining enterprises as AC 50Hz power distribution equipment, with maximum working voltage up to 660V and maximum working current up to 3150A. It serves for power distribution, motor control, lighting control and energy conversion & distribution control.

GCK low‑voltage draw‑out switchgear is specially designed for industrial & mining enterprises, high‑rise buildings and power systems. Operating at AC 50Hz, rated voltage ≤660V, rated current ≤4000A, it is optimized for small‑to‑medium power systems. In power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy and other scenarios, it balances performance and economy for power distribution and motor control.

Compared with GCS cabinets (1/2‑module drawer pitch, supports 11 units), GCK has slightly less expandability, but its structural simplicity, cost control and mature stability make it the preferred solution for traditional industrial scenarios.

Structural Features
  1. Assembled Modular Frame Structure The basic cabinet frame is an assembled structure. All structural parts are connected by screws to form the basic frame, then doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, busbars and electrical components are added to assemble a complete switchgear.
  2. High‑precision Weld‑free Frame The frame adopts special‑shaped steel, positioned by 3D angle plates, bolt‑connected without welding. This avoids welding deformation and stress, improving installation accuracy.
  3. Modular Mounting Hole System Frame and component mounting holes follow E=20mm modular pitch, supporting flexible internal layout adjustment.
  4. Anti‑corrosion Surface Treatment Internal structural parts are galvanized. External parts undergo pickling & phosphating treatment, then electrostatic epoxy powder coating for strong anti‑corrosion performance.
  5. Standardized Drawer Units Adopts standardized drawer units, supporting fast replacement and isolated maintenance, greatly reducing fault downtime. Up to 9 drawer units per cabinet (1‑module pitch), flexible circuit layout.
  6. Deep Cabinet & Double‑side Operation Cabinet depth up to 1000mm, supports double‑side operation, adapts to narrow installation sites. Fully‑enclosed structure combined with modular design significantly saves floor space.
  7. Physical Isolation & Safety Protection Drawer units are physically isolated, reducing arc‑spread risk. IP30/IP40 protection grade effectively prevents dust & moisture, adapting to complex industrial environments.
  8. Flexible Outlet Options Supports rear outlet, side outlet (rear‑to‑side) and other flexible schemes, reducing wiring interference.
