Product Overview:

GGD‑series AC low‑voltage complete switch cabinet applies to AC 50Hz, rated working‑voltage 380V, rated operating‑current up to 3150A power‑distribution systems of power‑plants, substations, mines and industrial enterprises. It is used for energy conversion, distribution, monitoring and control of power, lighting and distribution‑equipment.

Designed under the safety‑first, economical & practical principle, this low‑voltage switch‑gear cabinet features high breaking‑capacity, outstanding dynamic‑thermal stability, flexible circuit schemes, easy assembly, strong universality and novel mechanical‑structure. It can serve as an upgraded replacement product for old‑style low‑voltage switchgear.

GGD cabinet complies with international standard IEC 439《Low‑voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies》and national standard GB7251《Low‑voltage Switchgear Assemblies》.

  1. Strong Modular & Universal Frame Structure The frame is assembled from 8MF cold‑rolled sectional steel profiles. Most spare‑parts adopt modular design, equipped with 20 standard installation compartments, supporting mass production and shortening delivery cycle.
  2. Optimized Natural Heat‑dissipation System Multi‑group ventilation slots are arranged on the top and bottom of cabinet. Hot air rises and exhausts through upper openings, cold fresh air flows in from the bottom, forming natural convection cooling, to efficiently dissipate heat generated by internal electrical components.
  3. Human‑Centred Industrial Appearance & Dust‑sealing Design Gold‑cutting proportion layout creates neat, generous cabinet outlook. Anti‑collision rubber sealing strips are fitted along the door edge, to avoid hard collision between door and cabinet frame, improve dust‑proof capability and protection rating.
  4. Complete Earthing‑safety Protection Multi‑stranded copper earthing wires connect door‑mounted components and cabinet frame, forming a continuous and reliable earthing protection loop for the whole switchgear.
  5. Anti‑corrosion Surface Treatment Epoxy polyester powder‑spray coating is applied on cabinet surface, featuring strong adhesion, excellent anti‑corrosion property and soft matte finish, avoiding light reflection glare for operators.
  6. Convenient Installation & Transport Design Removable top‑cover plate, which can be taken‑off to facilitate on‑site main bus‑bar installation and adjustment. Lifting lugs are pre‑installed on cabinet roof for hoisting & transportation. Standard protection grade IP30, adjustable to IP20‑IP40 on‑demand.
