GMX65-12(CVF) Solid Insulated Ring Network Cabinet
GMX65-12(CVF) solid-insulated ring main unit (RMU) is a new generation of environmentally friendly solid-insulated RMU. It mainly consists of three functional units: V unit (circuit breaker unit), C unit (load switch unit), and F unit (combination device unit). Each unit can be used independently or freely expanded. Its structure is divided into the intelligent control instrument compartment, operating mechanism, and primary part. The instrument compartment can be equipped with a microcomputer protection device (controller). The mechanism is a dedicated spring operating mechanism. The primary part adopts the APG automatic gel process, completely encapsulating the disconnector and arc extinguishing chamber in epoxy resin, with dedicated connectors connecting to the busbar. The arc extinguishing chamber of the switch uses a dedicated copper-chromium contact material, R-type axial magnetic field contacts, and a complete one-time brazing and exhaust process. Compared with previous arc extinguishing chambers (copper-tungsten contact material, cup-shaped axial magnetic field contact structure, and incomplete one-time brazing and exhaust process), this arc extinguishing chamber shows significant improvements in short-circuit current breaking capacity, stability, electrical life, temperature rise, and insulation level. The operating mechanism adopts a spring mechanism integrated with the switch, meaning the disconnector and main switch spring mechanisms are integrated, allowing convenient interlocking. The mechanism has fewer parts, reduces unnecessary transmission links, offers high reliability, and can be equipped with electric operation according to user requirements.
Fixed-insulation fully-enclosed switchgear: A module in which solid insulation material is used as the main insulating medium, and the main conductive circuits such as conductive connections, disconnectors, grounding switches, main busbars, branch busbars, etc., are individually or collectively encapsulated with solid insulation material to form one or several modules with certain functions, capable of being further combined or expanded, featuring fully-insulated and fully-sealed performance.
The three-position mechanism adopts a over-center spring design, capable of switching and closing load current, and can also achieve manual and electric operation.
