Product Overview:

MNS low‑voltage withdrawable switchgear is a high‑end modular MCC cabinet developed on the basis of imported switchgear technology. It is factory‑assembled from standard modules and reaches internationally‑advanced technical level.

This equipment is designed for AC 50/60Hz power‑distribution systems, rated working voltage up to 660V. It undertakes energy conversion, distribution and control tasks for power‑consuming equipment in power‑plants, substations, petro‑chemical, metallurgy, traffic‑energy, textile, residential communities and high‑rise‑building projects.

The cabinet adopts high‑strength flame‑retardant plastic components for drawer‑units, greatly improving safety‑protection performance. Drawer‑units feature compact size, complete functions, excellent interchangeability, convenient maintenance‑replacement and highly‑reliable electrical contact.

It meets national standards GB7251.1, JB/T 9661 and international standards IEC439‑1, VDE0660‑Part5.

Structural Features
  1. C‑section assembled bolt‑on frame The main frame uses C‑shaped section steel. All structural components are galvanized or aluzinc coated, fastened together with 8.8‑grade high‑strength bolts, no welding deformation. Add doors, baffles, partitions, bus‑bars and drawer‑units to build the full cabinet.
  2. 25mm modular layout system All internal mounting dimensions follow E=25 mm modular pitch, flexible to adjust component layout according to your circuit‑list requirements.
  3. Multi‑spec interchangeable drawer‑unit system 5 standard drawer heights, based on 8E (200 mm) height module: ‑ 8E/4: 4 drawers within one 200 mm height space ‑ 8E/2: 2 drawers within one 200 mm height space ‑ 8E / 16E / 24E: Single drawer for each height compartment Drawers rated ≤ 400A adopt flame‑retardant plastic aluminum‑alloy frame. Mixed assembly of different drawer sizes inside one cabinet is supported. The total height of all functional compartments is 72E (1800 mm).
  4. Wide‑range protection‑grade options ‑ IP30: Protection against solid objects larger than 2.5 mm ‑ IP40: Protection against solid objects larger than 1.0 mm ‑ IP54: Dust‑proof & splash‑water resistant (Confirm with manufacturer before ordering IP54 version)
