This product is an oil-filled sealed type. The principle is the same as that of a sealed power transformer. The basic elements of the amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, etc. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, no structural defects that hinder domain wall movement, and an extremely thin thickness of only 0.027mm, resulting in a correspondingly low stacking factor of only 0.75~0.8. It has a very high resistivity, which is 3 to 6 times that of silicon steel sheet, and a hardness 5 times that of silicon steel sheet. The amorphous alloy material is particularly sensitive to stress.
For SH15-M-30~2500/6~10 series products, the no-load loss is reduced by 70% based on the standard value specified in GB/T6541. The implemented standard is GB/T25446-2010 "Technical parameters for oil-immersed amorphous alloy core distribution transformers".
