The amorphous alloy dry-type transformer uses amorphous alloy as the core material, featuring ultra-low hysteresis loss characteristics. Its core structure achieves fully sealed insulation through vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin, offering advantages such as flame retardancy, explosion protection, and maintenance-free operation. It can operate stably within a temperature range of -25°C to 45°C. The product complies with GB/T 22072 and GB 20052 standards, with a capacity range covering 30kVA to 2500kVA, combining high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.
Low Loss & Energy Saving: The core made of amorphous alloy material has low no-load loss and no-load current, equivalent to 30% of that of silicon steel sheets. The no-load loss of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is reduced by 75% compared to the specified values in GB/T10228, greatly reducing operating costs with significant energy-saving effects.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: The amorphous alloy core is fully encapsulated with resin and high-temperature resistant silicone gel, effectively preventing rust and the shedding of amorphous alloy fragments, thus effectively protecting the core and coils.
Low Noise: To reduce operating noise, a reasonable operating magnetic flux density is selected during product design. During processing, the core and coil structures are improved, and special noise reduction materials and processes are adopted. The product noise is approximately 5 to 15 decibels lower than the requirements of the national standard GB/T10088.
Strong Short-Circuit Withstand Capability: The product adopts a three-phase three-limb core structure, with a compact and reasonable clamping structure for the core and coils. Our amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is the first in China to pass the sudden short-circuit test.
Low Partial Discharge: Due to the use of epoxy resin vacuum casting, the product features low temperature rise, long service life, and strong heat dissipation capability. It can operate at 150% rated load under fan cooling conditions. The equipped temperature control and protection system provides reliable protection for the safe operation of the amorphous alloy dry-type transformer.
