The amorphous alloy dry-type transformer uses amorphous alloy as the core material, featuring ultra-low hysteresis loss characteristics. Its core structure achieves fully sealed insulation through vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin, offering advantages such as flame retardancy, explosion protection, and maintenance-free operation. It can operate stably within a temperature range of -25°C to 45°C. The product complies with GB/T 22072 and GB 20052 standards, with a capacity range covering 30kVA to 2500kVA, combining high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection.
Ultimate Energy Saving: The hysteresis loss of the amorphous alloy core is only 20%~30% of that of silicon steel sheets, with no-load loss reduced by 70%~80%. Taking a 1000kVA transformer as an example, annual energy savings exceed 15,000 kWh, and lifecycle CO₂ emission reduction exceeds 100 tons.
Strong Environmental Adaptability: The high-voltage winding is fully sealed using epoxy resin vacuum casting technology, enhancing short-circuit withstand capability and allowing operation in high-humidity environments.
Ultra-Quiet Design: The amorphous material exhibits weak magnetostriction effect, resulting in low noise, making it suitable for sensitive areas such as hospitals and schools.
Long Service Life Assurance: Class H insulating material withstands temperatures up to 180°C, with an insulation life exceeding 30 years. A real-time temperature monitoring system predicts fault risks.
Green Materials: The core material is 100% recyclable. The oil-free structure eliminates fire hazards and meets relevant environmental directives.
