ZGS Renewable Energy Combined Transformer
The ZGS series renewable energy (wind/PV) combined transformer is a complete set of power distribution equipment integrating power receiving, feeding, and transformer components. The transformer active part, high-voltage load switch, protective fuse, and other devices are placed in the same tank with a fully sealed structure. It is equipped with an oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure release valve, oil drain valve, and other components to monitor the transformer operating condition. The capacity range is 50~5500kVA, and the voltage class is 40.5kV and below. It meets the latest national energy efficiency standards, featuring low losses, energy saving, and environmental protection. It is suitable for various onshore, fishery photovoltaic, agricultural photovoltaic, and offshore photovoltaic, as well as wind farms.

The cooling fins of the ZGS series renewable energy (wind/PV) combined transformer are exposed outside the unit substation, which facilitates transformer heat dissipation and meets the requirements for full-load and overload operation.
The product features an attractive appearance, compact structure, small size, flexible and convenient assembly/disassembly, and fully sealed design. The high-voltage and low-voltage components are separated but housed within the same enclosure, occupying only 1/5 to 1/3 of the volume of comparable unit substations.
The enclosure adopts a fully sealed design, with unique anti-corrosion treatment and special paint application. It can be widely used in various harsh environmental conditions, effectively ensuring safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment and achieving maintenance-free performance.
The high-voltage load switch is installed inside the transformer tank. The switch is compact, allows arbitrary switching, and can safely and reliably interrupt load current. It is easy to use and provides high power supply reliability.
Due to its small size and compact structure, the combined transformer integrates transformer, low-voltage equipment, metering, and measurement functions into one unit. No dedicated substation building is required. Cables enter through the cable trench, and the unit can be installed directly at the load center. The cable plug can be connected or disconnected under live conditions when necessary, offering convenient connection. This reduces the investment cost of the substation, resulting in lower initial investment and installation costs.
