Quality Control

All our transformers and pole-mounted circuit breakers are designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with IEC 60076 (for transformers) and IEC 62271 (for circuit breakers) standards. Customized standards such as ANSI/IEEE, AS, or GOST are available upon request.

 

Every product undergoes 100% routine testing before leaving our partner factory. For transformers, routine tests include winding resistance measurement, voltage ratio check and vector group verification, short-circuit impedance and load loss test, no-load loss and current test, insulation resistance measurement, induced over-voltage withstand test, and partial discharge measurement (for high-voltage units). For circuit breakers, routine tests cover main circuit resistance measurement, insulation resistance and dielectric strength test, mechanical operation characteristics test (closing/tripping time, speed, and synchronicity), minimum operating voltage test, auxiliary and control circuit insulation test, and sealing test (for SF6 types).

 

We maintain resident QC engineers at our partner factories to oversee key production checkpoints. Prior to shipment, we conduct a second visual and packaging inspection. Each unit is assigned a unique serial number for full traceability to production batch, test records, and responsible personnel.

 

Witness testing by customers or third-party agencies (such as SGS, BV, or TÜV) is welcome before delivery. A complete routine test report will be enclosed with every shipment. We do not ship any product without test documentation.
