KYN28-24 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 24kV. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits.
The KYN28-24 switchgear features various anti-misoperation functions, including preventing the moving truck from being moved under load, preventing the circuit breaker from being closed when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing the grounding switch from being closed when the circuit is live, and preventing unauthorized entry into live compartments. The switchgear is equipped with high-performance VS1 and VN2 series mid-mounted high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers as well as encapsulated vacuum switches. The secondary circuit of the switchgear is equipped with advanced and reliable control and protection components. The busbars are insulated using heat-shrinkable insulation materials or epoxy coating to optimize electrode shape. The cabinet has a compact structure.
