Performance characteristics:

The high-voltage winding adopts an inner-screen continuous or continuous structure, improving the impulse distribution of the winding.

The low-voltage winding for capacity range of 6300~80000kVA adopts a cylindrical or helical structure, featuring high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and strong short-circuit withstand capability.

The active part is equipped with a positioning mechanism to prevent displacement during transportation. At the same time, locking nuts are added to all fasteners to ensure they do not loosen during long-term operation, meeting the requirement of core-hanging-free design.

The core adopts a full-miter step-lap stacking method using high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets.

The product surface is treated by degreasing, derusting, and sandblasting, followed by the application of primer and topcoat, meeting the special requirements for use in metallurgical, petrochemical systems, and damp, polluted areas. The product features excellent appearance, small size, and small installation footprint, making it an ideal maintenance-free product.
