35kV Power Transformer
The 35kV series power transformer has been significantly improved in terms of materials, structure, and process. The high-voltage and low-voltage clamps are tightened using steel tie bars or upper beams and side beams, forming a sturdy frame structure, enhancing core clamping force, improving the impact resistance of the active part during transportation, and providing strong short-circuit withstand capability. The high-voltage and low-voltage coils are designed with longitudinal oil ducts to facilitate heat dissipation, significantly reducing the copper-oil temperature difference and the hot-spot temperature rise inside the coil. The product features excellent appearance, reliable operation, low losses, and low noise, reaching the industry's advanced level.
The SZ13-20000/35 transformer manufactured by our company has successfully passed all routine, type, and special tests conducted by the National Transformer Testing Center.
